I am so pissed off.

DBS sent me a reply on my complaint about my debit card.

Somehow, they are explaining that they are holding my funds for payment regards to my USD purchases.

I shoot back a question.

Its a debit card. I dont have funds in it. I cannot use it. Correct?

And they holding back my funds to help me out on standby for future USD purchases, in turn, makes me unable to make purchases?

Errrr....whats the logic?

Aw... but it's a very good product. I used to buy that stuff in bulk just to preserve my tan and to keep my skin moisturised. I've always loved the smell of Coppertone. Very Happy

Time to switch over to Citibank me thinks. Razz But seriously, if you travel alot, Citibank is a great bank to bank with. You can call them collect to ask them anything and their customer service is superb. IMHO.

DBS seems to be screw up this day.. Why are you still using a DBS debit card in US while it will easier to use a US based credit card..
